At America’s Education Initiatives, we are deeply committed to fostering educational excellence and ensuring that every student has the opportunity to reach their full potential. We recognize that education is the cornerstone of a thriving society, empowering individuals to contribute meaningfully to their communities and shape the future.

As a collaborative effort, we bring together a diverse network of stakeholders, including students, families, educators, school administrators, government agencies, and community members. Together, we strive to create an educational landscape that is equitable, innovative, and responsive to the needs of all learners.

• Empowering Students: We believe that every student has the potential to succeed to their full potential. we are committed to providing them with the resources, support, and opportunities they need to thrive and prosper.
• Supporting Families: We recognize the vital role that families play in their children’s education, and we are dedicated to strengthening family-school partnerships. Our Educational Guardian has a dual role to guide the students and their families through the educational process.
• Investing in Educators: We value the dedication and expertise of educators, and we are committed to providing them with the professional development and resources they need to excel in their roles. Talent management will be applied to develop the educator to their desired potential.
• Promoting Innovation: We embrace innovation in education, seeking out and implementing effective strategies that enhance student learning. Technology will be utilized whenever the cost-benefit ratio allows.
• Advocating for Equity: We believe that all students deserve access to a high-quality education, regardless of their background or circumstances. We strive to eliminate barriers and create an educational system that is equitable and just. This is a must in order to minimize the dropouts and poor performers we have in our society.

Our initiatives

• Daycare with a Curriculum: We recognize the importance of every family being able to access affordable, high-quality childcare. We believe that early childhood education is crucial for a child’s development and plays a vital role in supporting working parents and fostering a thriving community.
• K-12 Education: We work to strengthen K-12 education by promoting evidence-based practices, supporting teacher development, and advocating for equitable funding. To extend this support beyond the classroom, we have created the Educational Guardian to guide a class from K through 8th grade, strengthening the family unit in the process.
• Adult Education: The Educational Guardian  will work with the student’s families and connect them with available adult education programs. 
• Mandatory Military and Public Service: We believe that all students should have the opportunity to gain real-world job experience as part of their educational process. We want the students to experience the feeling of contributing to their community.
• Community Engagement: We believe that communities play a vital role in education, and we foster partnerships between schools and community organizations.
• Special Education: We are committed to providing equitable and high-quality education for all students, including those with special needs. We support initiatives that ensure that students with disabilities have access to the resources and support they need to succeed in school and beyond.
• Vocational Education and Training (VET): We recognize the importance of VET in preparing individuals for in-demand technical careers. We support initiatives that expand access to high-quality VET programs and promote collaboration between schools and industry partners.

Maximo A. Tejeda

Founder

Maximo A. Tejeda embodies a spirit of innovation and problem-solving. A graduate of Purdue University (B.S. in Industrial Engineering) and the University of Houston (MBA), Max translated his academic background into entrepreneurial success with the founding of Tejas Tubular Products Company. As a father of two and a grandfather to two, Max saw the limitations of the current system and knew he had to act.

Through America’s Education Initiatives, Max is building an educational landscape that’s equitable, innovative, and responsive – where every child, regardless of background, can thrive.
