America’s Education Initiatives strives to foster societal acknowledgment that current educational practices are inadequate. Our objective is to implement innovative ideas to improve our educational system.
Our current education system is built on the Industrial Revolution model and focuses on IQ, in particular memorization and standardization; We must update education with job readiness, the ability to work side by side with intelligent machines and the creation of long-term economic value in mind.
We must redefine the objective of education. We need to prepare our youth to be law abiding, productive members of society and to understand that they have inalienable rights including their pursue of happiness. They must acknowledge that with those rights they also inherit certain responsibilities from society.
